Very easy to use and powerful!
This is an amazing saw, this is the second one I own , well made easy to use , very strong and no need to overwork to cut branches with this ! I have used other brands in the past and nothing compares to the quality and power of this one . I certainly will buy again ,

Great tree saw
As tree saws go, this one is pretty decent. The blade is very, very sharp and does a good job overall. The new design (this design) is good because it also works as a hand saw as well (although, there are better hand saws out there, mainly because I prefer my hand saws to fold in half [Silky Ultra Accel Folding Saw, 9.5in, Natural/Black/Red 446-24]). This saw is designed to work with the Wolf-Garten extension pole (3943704/ZMV4), and also a good companion to the tree lopper (tree lopper 7201004). One minor qualm with this saw is the fact that when used with the extension pole (required when using this saw as a high-reach tree saw) is the fact that it's a little more "floppy" than I'd prefer, meaning that when this saw is extended 16 feet in the air, it flexes quite a bit. The Silky extension pole is a much better design because it's oblong and doesn't tend to flex so much. Overall though, this is a very good saw, offered at a very good price (under $100 for the pole and saw vs. around $300 for the Silky).

LOVE WOLF-GARTEN TOOLS
We have quite a collection Wolf-Garten tools now. This saw is perfect...makes pruning and cutting up small trees a breeze. It’s especially useful in combination with Wolf-Garten’s expandable pole/handle. So nice to be able to prune higher without using a ladder.

Five Stars
Very good, sharp with large saw to cut palm tree branches and the unwanted spikes they grow.

The plastic blade-protector is a useful feature.
I've put this blade to the test, tackling several branches, the largest 4 inches in diameter, on a tulip poplar, sycamore, and basswood. The razor-sharp blade cut swiftly when I was able to use it at the proper angle (sometimes hard to do when the target is 8 or more feet over one's head). The plastic blade-protector is a useful feature.

Worth a look.
This is a good saw, but because the metal is thicker, it does not cut as easily through limbs as my old favorite saw this replaced. That said, still worth the purchase.

Better than expected
Strong blade that cuts in both directions, both push and pull. Safety hook on end of blade that keeps blade from pulling off of branch while being sawed possibly causing you to lose balance or dropping saw. Very well built. Perfect handle for use without extension pole.Strongly recommend .
