This is by far my favorite gadget of the summer. This ice maker makes the best homemade ice cream. I am never going back to store bought ice cream

My first batch turned out horrible. I had to throw it out. I used a recipe that used heated milk to help dissolve the sugar. I guess it wasn't cold enough because it just wouldn't get thick. Having your mixture in the fridge for 2 hours before churning is the key. I also wrapped the cannister with a heavy towel while churning which kept it cold. I think I could have made 2 batches since I insulated it. Ice cream came out nice and thick and creamy.

No le pongo 5 estrellas porque apenas lo estoy usando, pero me ha parecido fenomenal. El helado queda perfecto siguiendo la receta que ustedes indican. Recomiendo enfriar la mezcla a 3 °C; de esa manera resulta mucho más cremosa. Usen un termómetro para verificar la temperatura: yo lo hice en un baño de hielo y quedó espectacular. Si no saben cómo hacerlo, búsquenlo en YouTube: es sencillo y muy efectivo. En Bogotá, el tiempo óptimo en la máquina es de unos 20 minutos. Quienes dicen que se les dañó o que no funcionó seguramente no siguieron bien las instrucciones. En mi experiencia, ha sido una tremenda adquisición: incluso mejor que la Ninja.

I wanted to wait a little while before doing a review. Ive used it a couple times now and I think it's great for small portions. Maybe for 2 ppl. It's easy to use, clean and assemble. Just ensure it's fully frozen. If u have the space in your freezer, just leave it there until you need it. That way it will stay cold long enough to get the ice cream hard enough to handle. It's a good product. So far, no issues. I haven't used the fruit attachment as yet but I'm sure it'll be fine

I bought this as a gift and they love it. I almost like this one better than my kitchen aid stand mixer ice cream maker. It's the perfect size and works perfectly to blend delicious homemade ice cream. Easy to store and doesn't take up much room.

I live this attachment for my cuisinart!! This makes awesome homemade ice cream!! Works very well - you can literally watch it thicken to ice cream as it is mixing.

La compré como regalo para mi mamá y estamos fascinados, más en esta época de calor. Los helados y sorbetes quedan excelente y es muy bueno hacerlos tú mismo y no comprar.

Funciona muy bien, es un tanto complicado al principio su usas elementos algo grandes o duros (fruta congelada), pero bastante sencillo si esta en la temperatura adecuada y elementos sencillos.

We've have this unit for well over a month now. I've got a good routine, keep the bowl in the freezer at all time. As well as a ceramic pot with a lid that's the perfect size for all the Ingredients. This allows me to make ice cream within an hour of wanting a bowl. Perfect for those last minutes deserts. Very happy with this unit. Can't wait for the summer to get here so that we may use it more frequently.
