Horrible product
The plastic handle cracked on the very first attempt I had agreed to pay this high price only looking at the renowned brand name . This particular version of the Roti maker by Prestige is a total disaster & no one should buy this product if they value money & quality

Had hard time using it
Poor quality roti is prepared. No matter how hard you try, making every possible changes in dough( ading more water as mentioned in manual) and all but Roti will be pathetic. Its not about this product specifically but in general roti maker is not a success Detailed explaination: The moment you press the machine, the flattened roti will not be circular first of all, secondly it may get torned , and thirdly most important roti after pressing will become tight like rubber or something because its pressed on a heated base. And eating this roti sucks. May be one could try flatting roti using traditional chakla and the heat it over roti maker. May be that could work. Other wise its not a success. I m returning it and gonna buy chakla belan tawa :D

Do not buy!
Extremely useless and pathetic device. On top of that, the seller is awful and is not processing my return request as is insistent that I use it as it is a new product. When I bought off Amazon knowing that it’s returnable within 15 days, I have full rights to do so if I wish to.

Absolutely brilliant performance
As a first time user I was skeptical at the beginning but now that I have used for The couple of time and the rotis seem to come out good, I am quite satisfied with the purchase. Only thing that I could mention is the rotis are a little bit thicker that usual once none the less they are extremely soft and has a yummy texture. Also for any one like me who is planning to buy for the first time should actually give it 2 to 3 instances of practice to get the dough, pressing and flipping process right then its easy there onwards. It especially saves time on rolling, but cleaning the utensils and also saves on the mess that usually happen while making rotis with traditional process. Enjoyable buy and highly recommended.
