The taste isn’t very good, it’s not bad, but I personally find it to be very sweet. It makes my face tense up, not to mention it doesn’t mix in very well it has a chalky feeling when you drink it no matter how much you shake it up. If you’re the kind of person that likes to enjoy drinking your pre-work out, there are definitely better options. If you’re only interested in boosting your stamina, and workout intensity to push out those last couple extra reps. This is the stuff, I have solid energy from the start of my workout to the end even when doing high intensity resistance training. The one big side effect, is since this allows you to really push yourself. Once its effects wear off, you’re going to feel some serious fatigue. It’s not something I have ever dealt with when using normal caffeine for energy, or other pre-workouts. Then again nothing else has boosted my performance like this in the past.

Gorilla mode is what the pre industry needed to keep them honest. Since this has been on the market it is forcing every other brand to up the amounts of each ingredient that is included in a typical pre. The ingredients included in this particular pre achieve the desired results and are in amounts that are necessary and required. The level of caffeine is spot on as well as the creatine and L-citrulline. A lot of pre-workouts have some of the same ingredients at a lower price point. However, they achieve this price point by either having substandard ingredients or the ingredients are in amounts that will not have any effect whatsoever. If you want a pre that actually does something then this is it. It is pricey for sure and a pre-workout is far from a needed supplement. The average person would be fine with a large cup of coffee and a spoonful of salt before they hit the gym. That being said, if you want the best and want to have every possible advantage in the quest for gains then this will certainly help. As far as flavor goes, this pre has ingredient levels that make it difficult to taste good and they admit that. I have tried fruit punch and bombcicle and the bombcicle is by far the superior flavor. Lastly, mix-ability is not great but that again goes back to the ingredients. Mix it up before every sip

This is the best pre-workout I've ever had. I've tried many! First, it contains 5g of creatine! I know of no other drink that has this. Also, check out Derek Munro's video discussing the ingredients. He spared no expense in designing a product that he would want. Seriously, I have done side by side comparisons to other products and have yet to find anything that compares. Also, the taste is great!! I've tried the fruit punch and the cherry blackout. The cherry is by far my favorite! This does not give me the jitters or that uncomfortable feeling of being "wired". I find it gives me consistent and noticeable energy throughout even the longest workouts. Amazing pumps, great clarity, clean energy. Love this stuff!!
