I just got this item today and It is just great. For me this is the way to go , with my M1 MacBook Pro and MacBook Pro Max and M1 iPad 12.9 inch. I also, have Samsung 990 SSD in ROG STRIX ARION Enclosure case which works very well with the Thunderbolt 4 cable.I order two more cables both six feet long. I think these are the cables I will be using from now on.Hope this helps someone out?

Great cable! Works very well and has a great transfer speed!

Hooked up a 4TB external SSD hard drive. Used the cord that came with the drive. Noticed my speed test was no where near the capabilities of the SSD or my computer. This was a great choice. If your computer and external drive can utilize this cord, my speed test almost tripled. The length is great as I do not need a lot of cord to wind out of my way. Connections are tight. Great value for the speed return.

Short and expensive. Works well on Mac Studio M4 Max

So far I’ve used this only to transfer mp3 music files from my MacBook to my new iPhone but I’m super pleased. The file transfer was much quicker than I’ve experienced before. I would note that the cable I received does not have the white printing like in the product photos. Also, the end connectors are shaped too squarely to plug into my iPhone 16 Pro Max when the Apple silicone case is on and to be honest the case cannot be easily removed. We cut the plastic a bit so I can use it. I’ve attached pics.
