Tech Armor for iPad Mini 7, Mini 6, Anti-Glare Screen Protector - 3 Pack

I have a Tech Armor anti-glare film on my original iPad Mini that I installed in 2015. It is still in flawless condition after daily use, even by grandkids, so I knew what I wanted for my new Mini 6. I cleaned the screen with an eyeglass wipe and a lint free lens cloth. I pulled the protective film back slightly, and with the screen protector slightly bowed up, positioned it carefully on the long edge of the screen. I held it in place with two fingers while I pulled the protective film away. The screen seemed to magically pull the protector down. I did have one dust particle, which I removed by lifting the protector and using the supplied adhesive tape strip. The result is perfect. I like the texture, which eliminates glare but allows my fingers to easily slide across the screen. There is no reduction in screen resolution or sharpness even when I zoom.

Just what I was looking for.

The screen protecter does a good job at minimizing reflections and making the screen grippier for the apple pencil, but it does worsten image quality. The screen is more washed out and has a rainbow shimmer like when you get orange peel oil on your phone.

Protection is very good with excellent fit. However clarity is reduced to the point medium size text is unreadable. While glare is not a problem and fingerprints do not show, unclear text renders the screen useless.

I don't recommend this to anyone. I see no use case for this because it really makes the images grainy. I wish I had listened to the reviews.

I bought this in place of a paperlike screen and I have no complaints other than it's a bit of a pain getting it on. First, you practically need a clean room to get it on the device without some speck of dust or hair getting between it and your device. Not the product's fault and I'm not blaming it, it's just frustrating. It's the alignment of the sheet that I have a problem with. I have had other products that came with a jig that you could use that would align the protector and the device perfectly. I understand that putting one of these in each order would increst the cost a little and add more waste as you would only need one but have sheets.

Doesn't include anything to clean the glass or pick up dust. One sheet was damaged out the box. Complete waste of money since I ended up throwing all pieces out.

El producto cumple con lo que promete, realmente es mate y no se marcan las huellas digitales, sin embargo aun que cuenta con sus aditamentos para ayudarte a colocarlo, la instalación es bastante complicada ya que el protector es muy delgado y se vuelve complejo manipularlo al momento de la instalación, en mi caso uno de los 3 tuve que desecharlo al no poder colocarlo.

Couldn't give it five stars for a few reasons: 1- it doesn't come with any alcohol wipes to clean the screen. So you need to find your own way to remove smudges and fingerprint residue, etc. 2- the instant you remove the protective film, the adhesive side becomes a dust magnet. Probably the nature of this product category, so just be aware. Maybe try to do this in a cool room away from dusty items like carpeting, or linens. I've had partial success doing this in a bathroom. Remember that this film screen is just that--a FILM. It's not hard like some of the ones you can get for iPhone with 9H hardness. For this reason the film will flex which means be careful upon application when you grab it by the edges, so that your fingertips don't reach around to the adhesive side and leave marks. M
