I was low in vitamin D so I ordered the nature wise vitamin D3 supplements, and and then a couple of days my numbers went up and now I am on track on my vitamin D3 intake. These are great supplements easy to swallow great quality they don't stick together smooth in texture great digestibility and I really do like this brand. I definitely will order more these once I run out. I love that. It was super fast shipping. It comes with a substantial quantity. The duration of these vitamins are great. This Vitamin D supplement has worked perfectly for me!!! There has been no odor or taste that I have noticed!!! I haven’t seen melting of the capsules in the bottle!!! Very satisfied

This has been a really good vitamin D supplement for my 13-year-old daughter. The softgels are small and easy for her to take daily, and I like that the dosage is reasonable for regular use. One of the main reasons I chose this one is because the softgels use halal gelatin, which was important for our family.

Nice to be able to skip the pharmacy lines in the store and have Amazon to deliver. Can always find on Amazon.

No polyunsaturated oils in this one! They work great and do not smell. The texture is nice to make it easy to swallow.

Upping IU’s from 1000. Recommended daily allowance is too low according to extensive research. Noticed a marked difference with improved overall health. From mood to energy and enthusiasm. I’m fastidious about nutrition and wellness. Sometimes missing the mark based on lack of knowledge. Upon shifting to a low inflammation diet to assist improvement for a military injury had side effects due to reducing dairy use. Lower vitamin D. Cooler less sunny days and winter were most difficult. Supplementing with additional D included in the vitamin mineral regime specific for my body type and activity, etc makes a huge obvious difference. One caution, don’t have these shipped in summer. Unfortunately, it was over 100 degrees here on delivery day combined with the Amazon truck being a moving van rental. Not their normal van. My bottle of vitamins melted into a blob. Amazon returned the funds and I moved the subscribe and save to fall. With my research about the company and quality am pleased with this product. Periodically I do this to ensure I'm getting enough of various vitamins, minerals, etc. By reducing dairy to eliminate inflammation I didn't realize was caused by this had to take a look at what would be missing. Upon revisiting 8 Weeks to Optimal Health as I periodically do read which would be ideal to look for. Upon research felt this was the best choice for my needs. It's been about a month. I take one in the morning with breakfast according to the recommendation of what else to consume to encourage proper absorption. When I have my physical get blood work and this is where I check for results mostly. I don't know how else one would know how they're doing internally otherwise.
