Fits the skinny rail on my shotty!!!
Fantastic quality. It almost weighs nothing. Single bolt makes install super easy. It fit my shotgun perfectly. It works perfectly with the stg dot sight I got for it! The sight and mount are a fantastic value and you won't find them at a better price than Amazon..

Lever action rifle’s red/green dot sight solution
This works great for red/green dot sights on my model 94 Winchester 22 magnum. It hugs the rounded dovetail receiver atop of my lever action rifle unlike others that cant to one side because they don’t properly grip the dovetail grooves, but this one does! It is reasonably priced and made well and very light.

Fits great but didn’t come with the screws to mount.
This is the exact piece I needed was super excited cuz I can’t find another company that makes them. But the hardware that came with my red dot doesn’t fit this mount. Gonna check the hardware store. Other than this issues it’s perfect.

had to negotiate with this mount using an angle grinder.
I am a machinist. I spend my days making metal do what I want it to do. I appreciate things that fit together properly. It brings a sense of order to the universe. I grew up learning that the firearms industry was the birthplace of standardization. Guns, of all things, are the reason we have consistency in threads and fitments. The whole idea was that, if you needed a bolt in a pinch, you could grab one from elsewhere and expect it to fit. There would be no cursing and no arcane conversions. You could avoid midnight trips to the hardware store, desperately hoping you grabbed the right pitch. Interchangeability made guns reliable. It made factories efficient. The humble threads from old rifles crawled into every other bit of manufacturing and left their mark. This was the great promise; a trigger guard screw in Wisconsin was the same as a trigger guard screw in Georgia. Civilization was safe. It is therefore absurd, depressing, and frankly a little insulting that in 2025, needing an accessory mount should lead me, a full-grown machinist and tax-paying adult, into a desert of nonstandardized chaos. The firearm accessory industry, especially when it comes to dovetails and mounting, is perhaps the last lawless frontier. Every mount is made for one very particular gun or scenario, and none of them talk to each other. On Amazon alone, you can scroll for miles and still not find two designs that agree on anything except their hatred for user convenience. If you like puzzles, you will love shopping for scope mounts. If you want a solution, good luck. I bought this dovetail mount to attach a scope to my Benjamin Marauder air gun. This was my second attempt at finding a mount. I was hoping for a simple, standardized solution, just like my forefathers surely envisioned when building rifles during the Industrial Revolution. Instead, I got another bespoke widget in low-profile black. It fit the dovetail rail on my air gun perfectly. That was a moment of false hope. When I tried to attach my scope, the nubs on the mount did not align. It was close, but close does not count in machining. It was a failure of communication between two pieces of metal that should have been friends. This was a tragic misconnection in an age when we should know better. I was disappointed, but I am also stubborn. I took the mount to my workshop. I introduced it to my angle grinder. After a brief and loud conversation involving sparks, I ground the offending nubs off the mount. I was then able to use the two screw holes to secure the scope. It is less than ideal; it is a solution born of brute force, not elegant design. But it worked. The mount is now attached, and the scope is secure. The product itself is solid metal; it just refused to cooperate without modification. Three stars for being a decent piece of aluminum that ultimately submitted to my will. I would also like to make a polite request to the industry. Please remember that standardization is still a good idea.

UTG OP3 Micro Mounting Issues
I like the idea of this mount, but there is one serious issue: When mounting a UTG OP3 Micro SL, one side only allows for about three threads to be engaged before screw bottoms out. This requires the use of a very short screw, and when any amount of torque is applied, those three threads are ripped out. Using recommended torque of 12 in/lbs to mount the MRDS destroyed the threads. The other side does not bottom out, allowing for a longer screw and better thread engagement. I requested a replacement, and will mount the OP3 Micro with a delicate touch on this extremely shallow side. I will update this review on how it works out.

Works perfectly with my Fastfire 3
I needed a solid 11mm mount for my PCP target pistol and went through several options before finding this mount. The mount doesn’t depend only on tightening the bolt on the side. There’s an adjustable piece that protrudes down from the mount and can be adjusted to apply additional pressure. Previous mounts slid around with minimal pressure and added extra bulk. This one is just big enough to do the job.

Well made, but careful to match footprint
This fits well, and is adjustable for the 11mm dovetail rail that I have. The footprint is the Docter footprint. Be careful to order the correct UTG reddot with the Docter footprint to match this, as they make versions of their OP3 Micro with different footprints (I ordered the RMR version initially as I did not know this)
