The holes are 1 inch squares. This is a cargo net.

Looking for something to hold in groceries when the hatch of a minivan is lifted after returning from the store. Will this work?

I do not know, depends on the anchor points. I am concerned that exhaust fume will enter the vehicle if the hatch is open. I suggest that you find another way to get the items from the store to home.

will the adhisive stick to a bed liner

There was no adhesive with my cargo net

Must it be screwed fast?

You can use the screw fasteners but it also has the hooks to fasten like in the bed of a truck or the back of a suv.

Using in the back of the van to hold bike equipment down . Dose the job. There are other cargo nets out there that are the same for lower price. Shop around and getter a good price.

Stretch and strength surpasses description

Adhesion did not hold on vinyl siding of vehicle. Did use the supplied screws. Stretch on the Mictuning 2 layer cargo net for my Ford Escape works extremely well. Nothing slides and falls out of vehicle when opening the cargo door. Do not think I will need to repurchase as very well made but would if need arises. Pleased with my purchase
