When is the expiry of the pads?

I used the pads included with the unit about 10 times before changing to new ones. You can tell because they don't stick as well. I ordered replacements that were fairly inexpensive on Amazon as well.

What location Country or State are they made in?

they are made in China and so far they work beautiful, I have others and after about 4 time the sticky stuff won't work. These are lasting a long time.
