Does the company offer a sleep trial period?

i don't think so,that would be potentially unhealthy and a health code violation opening them up for a potential lawsuit

Is it also cooling pillow,

Yes but halfway through your sleep j turn it over . Just one turn of a pillow and there you have it cooling again !

What is the actual size of the Queen pillows?

They are queen size and fit into a queen pillow case

Why is the size of the body pillow not listed?

Don't know, but it a standard Queen size I bought. It comes vacuum sealed and u need to fluff it out in the dryer.
