Could these work with Xbox One?

The Xbox does not use Bluetooth full stop. It will not work with these headphones wirelessly. Which is a tremendous fail, as if they supported all Microsoft products I would be all over them, but releasing a set of headphones that won’t work properly with their latest console, is frankly bizarre.

Are these headphones around the ear or over the ear?

Around the ear and over-ear mean the same, and yes, they are. The other type is on-ear, when they sit on the ears, pressuring the ears.

Does it have bluetooth 5.0?

The headphone is equipped with Bluetooth 4.2, not the latest Bluetooth 5.0, but you can connect multiple devices to it and swap between them easily.

does the wired microphone work with ps4?

It comes with a 3.5 mm audio cable that has a built-in microphone in the cable which works absolutely fine for me when on my iPad or on an airliner, however, I do not have a PS4. If you have a 3.5mm input or Bluetooth connection, you should be fine. I will note that when I am on a call and using the headphones via Bluetooth, the person on the other end says I sound like I am in a bathroom (boxy), that my audio is not the greatest...just an FYI. There are a few other reviews out there about the voice audio via Bluetooth. As far as noise cancellation and audio quality for you...exceptional!
