Better Documentation Would be Better
Had initial problems due to using an incorrect cable. Improved documentation would be helpful. Support resolved the issue and sent me the correct cable at no charge. I offered to pay, but they would not accept my money.

Gute Bildqualität, aber Software nicht ganz ausgereift
Das Arducam Kameramodul liefert grundsätzlich eine gute Bildqualität mit scharfen Aufnahmen und einem angenehm großen Sichtfeld. Der Autofokus funktioniert meist zuverlässig und die Kamera lässt sich gut mit NVIDIA Jetson-Systemen kombinieren. Besonders für Projekte im Bereich KI oder Robotik ist das interessant. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung nicht immer so einfach wie erwartet. Gerade die Software und Treiber wirken teilweise noch unausgereift, wodurch es bei Updates oder bestimmten Systemversionen zu Problemen kommen kann. Auch der Autofokus reagiert manchmal etwas langsam oder pumpt kurz nach, bevor das Bild scharf wird. Das Gehäuse und das Objektiv machen zudem keinen besonders hochwertigen Eindruck. Für Bastel- und Entwicklungsprojekte durchaus brauchbar, aber insgesamt nicht ganz so problemlos und hochwertig wie erhofft.

Unable to get this camera to work with Jetson Nano
Hi, I also posted a question regarding this issue but didn't receive any response. Not sure where to turn to get this camera to work with Jetson Nano. Appreciate any help or please send me a warranty replacement. Thanks.

Just OK
Camera quality is fairly good but won’t blow you out of the water. The small plastic clip also broke or was broken out of the box. I ended up upgrading to a ZED camera.

Seems like a tough little camera
I took this all the way to Malaysia and trudged it through palm tree plantations and palm oil mills, and it worked perfectly. Only issues I have are some odd auto-exposure or contrast or something that sometimes changes the appearance of images, and a bit of fisheye effect at larger distances. Need to look into the software for the first, but I plan to go forward with this camera.
