Great product, better than expected results, I would recommend using this product! User to consider reaction of Concrete is impossible to know until you apply it so set Your Expectations accordingly.

Seriously, there are many, many options on the market but none of them come with the personal advice of the owner. One call and this gentleman will stop whatever he is doing and help you through the process. He made a scary process very simple. The product is phenomenal. I recommend one gallon to 300 sq ft.

Followed directions to the letter.. no mater what it looked like garbage, actually I would like it more if it just looked like garbage.

Much better than acid stain from the local big box store. Also a better price. I am very pleased with the results.

New concrete it works well.

We used grey base concrete from home improvement chain store, specifically made for counter tops. The surface was wet sanded several times with increasingly fine grit diamond disc and there is a lot of visible aggregate in the finish. We used the Desert Amber color stain first which produced an odd greenish yellow haze but no discernible color deposits of red as desired. Ordered this as a second option and definitely produced the color desired with a lot of variations. Single application with a hand sprayer from the dollar store allows you to really customize the application, spray in streaks for more vein looks or big drops for splattering. You really can't mess up.

I had 1500 sq. ft. of concrete that I wanted to stain for a fitness center. Based on coverage recommendations I purchased 6 gallons of Desert Amber stain and 3 gallons of acrylic sealer. I will admit that this is my first experience with this product. However, I do have 20+ years of construction experience. The good: The application process went very well and I was really happy with the results. I put 2 coats of acrylic sealer on top and it looked great. Several people commented on how great the floor looked. The bad: I ended up with 2 and a half gallons of unused stain and 1 and a half gallons of unused sealer. Of course company policy is that they can't be returned. The bad 2: 3 weeks later, the gym equipment arrived and I started noticing marks and peeling on the stain. One rack was placed and then moved the next day. It left behind the hatch marks from the rubber feet. The bad 3: It's been over 2 months since I finished the floor. The areas where any piece of equipment has sat and been moved have no stain on them. Areas where there has been any piece of equipment that might scratch the floor are scratched and chipped. Overall I am rather disappointed with this product. It is not a full acid stain that would penetrate the concrete. At least not in my experience. The durability just is not there with this product. In retrospect I probably should have spent the extra money on a better product for a better long term result, but I was trying to save a little. I will probably end up having to refinish the concrete floor in the future. At that point I'm sure it will cost me more and be a bigger problem.

This acid stains work great an a very decent price, the only thing I didn't like was color wasn't mark on labels, I ordered different colors but had to open and test them to know what was what, other than that is all good.
