My old 2002 Panasonic answering and cordless phone bit the dust. Got my $$ worth.😉I thought that was enough evidence for me to purchase another Panasonic.I love the new feature Block calls! I tried it last week because of a call that kept happening. It turned out to be a Scam call. Worked like a charm👍Just take your time. You might have to read some instructions a couple of times, but hang in there, you won’t be sorry.Only thing I noticed that the plastic stand is pretty thin plastic. But it’s 2023 after all. Nothing is made sturdy anymore.

Works for our need, but sound quality could be a little better. Seems to be a solid built phone. Uses 2 rechargable AAA batteries that appear to be able to be replaced/upgraded if these wear out. That's a plus. Doubt that we'll use many features, but these seem to be fairly basic and just work as expected. We only keep a home phone to be able to give that to people so any junk calls and political calls will go to the house line that's filtered rather than our cell phones. The only negative I have is sound is a little distant and callers complain that I sound muffled at times. Was a good deal on Prime Day so picked up a pair to replace 15 year old set.

Had an older set of the same phone , for years!Needed one extra phone so I bought new set of three! Glad I did ! Easy set up and directions !

Maybe I need to figure out how to work it. I cannot block any numbers. We have a separate call blocker device for that but it gives me no option for this. It doesn’t announce calls or say spam. Maybe it’s an operator error but I use it on a 50 year old landline that was My grandparents number in their house which I now live in. We had Att service the lines but suddenly there’s a garbled sound and it’s very choppy : also that low battery announcement is ANNOYING. I will have it in my room and maybe it fell off the charger? It will say low battery 3X in a lady’s voice. Has woken me up so many times its not even funny ! I plan to move it to the kitchen Jack so I don’t have to listen to this woman say that. It’s better than Vtech for sure but still JUNK.

They're nice looking and easy to program. They have just enough features so that they're not overly complicated to use. Hopefully they'll last a long time.

I bought this phone set because I have had Panasonic phones before and have liked them very much. No longer, I absolutely hate this set. I can’t return them because it is past the Amazon return date, the instructions to hook these up were confusing so I had to wait for a visit from my son so that he could get them hooked up. The sound is horrible. Speaker phone volume is horrible as well as the volume on the handset. I had no problem hearing any function on my over 15 yr old ATT phone. Only problem with them was I couldn’t see the display anymore. Volume on answering machine is okay but I tested it with a message from myself and the quality of the message sound was horrible. I couldn’t understand the message i left myself. I was surprised that when I listened to the message on the headset a women spoke to tell me I had a new message but she sounded like English was her second language,but on the answering machine itself it was a man’s clear voice. I am so throughly disappointed in this set of phones I may never buy another Panasonic product again. If I could send them back I would but will have to throw them away and eat the money I spent on them. Please find a different set of phones these are the worse phones I have ever hadTERRIBLE HORRIBLE AND A ZEROSTAR WOULD BE TOO MUCH
