First time it was liquid but this time cream in a tube.

Does this come with a 10 ml activator?

It comes with 1 x 5ml colour cream tube , and a1 x 5ml activator cream

Is this the old formula or the new one?

It’s a new formula but does the same job.

The new cream one is not as good as the old one

I have been using Eyelure lash and brow kits for 40 years. The liquid activator was definitely better then the cream version the end result lasted far longer
