Delicious bulgur wheat. Very small so it can be used just like regular - and probably for fine desserts made with a finer texture. Good product, reliable company. It's really too small to make tabouli though. I make a pilaf with seasonings and veggies which is great as an accompaniment to meet. Also I just eat it for breakfast cuz it's good for you.

It’s ok. Wife was expecting bulghur to be more whole, not so broken down. All and all still very good.

I made Turkish bulghur pilavi with this twice but I have yet to taste it since my aunt and so. finished it both times before I can have some. So, I guess it means it was delicious! It is easy and fast to make, nit to me tion healthier than white rice.
