Great Value for Great Headset
Purchased after a pinched nurve in my neck had me rethink how I hold the phone at work. It works great, no echo, no static. I placed a hanging hook on the side of my computer monitor to hang when not in use.

Great! Headset for phone
Very well made is not compatible with our Cisco Systems. Has extra plugins but headsets would not turn on. Will need to return. Very comfy. Ear cushion thickness fits well on head. Just would not work with our phones.

good head set for office phone
this is nice seems to work well on my office phone (Cisco) it has a on/off and volume roller in the line which is nice it came with 3 little phone line adapters marked as free gift not sure what they are for or why I would need 3 of the same when the original plug is the same as the adapters??? it seems to have good sound and they can hear me clearly so no problems with that ..on the headset the side without the speaker there is flexible plastic piece that kinda triangle shaped with ridges it gets caught in my hair when I remove the headset but maybe I can make a cover for it

Weak Microphone
I can hear fine but clients cant hear me talking. Its very low. I removed the sponge that covers microphone but that didnt help either. Im better off using the speaker than the microphone. Not a good product.....disappointed.

Works well
I got it to use for work. Keeps my neck from hurting from holding my phone on my shoulder. Various connectors included so I tried each until I found the one that worked. Good sound. Customers can hear me fine.

I like these headphones but they brake really easy. I'm on my third set, you may wonder why I keep ordering them. It's the only set that I'm willing to spend money on.
