Its designed by black women for black women. However its also designed to protect type 3 and 4 hair so if you have thay hair it would be good for you

Just because the model isn't of color doesn't mean it's culture appropriation. If you have hair that is long and needs to be protected then why not a bonnet. Just because women of color have been known to wear it doesn't mean it's only for them.

How do i wash the bonnets

I would hand wash them. Maybe let them soak for a while in soapy water them rinse out the soap. If I did machine wash, I wouldn’t put them in the dryer.
