I suffer with really bad neck pain and terrible posture.My chiropractor referred me to this and to also just keep correcting my posture.Pins and needles are normal for this when used for the first few times as it’s hitting pressure points in your neck. It’s meant to be uncomfortable at first.It’s a great product and should not be used 15 mins a day 8 to 10 at best.Love after the 10 mins when I move my neck and it just cracks all over. 10/10 product.

Ich habe es zweimal 5 Minuten an einem Tag benutzt und mich glaube ich noch nie so entspannt im Nacken gefühlt danach... obwohl ich viel Yoga mache und ins Fitness Studio gehe. Finde es absolut top!!
