Health Benefits? Worth a try for those times you can’t eat fresh or frozen blueberries.
I can’t measure the effectiveness of these, but I can say that since blueberries are such an incredibly healthy food, these are probably a supplement plus for those days I can’t eat or don’t have blueberries. I found no negative side effects. They are a bit pricey.
