It arrived perfect!!! The face is beautiful, the outfit even the detail face in the Nutcraker is perfect! buy it you won’t regret it!

She is beautiful and so perfect! fragile like fine porcelain. a little pricey but definitely worth it !

I recently went and saw The Nutcracker. They was selling ornaments, but Amazon prices was more affordable. Mine arrived in great condition today.

Beautiful ornament, arrived intact and was packed carefully. Looks pretty on my tree.

The seller was very prompt in sending, but the doll's hand was broken off. They sent a replacement right away with more secure packaging. Really appreciated their efforts.

* Update* I recieved the replacement very quickly and it was packaged much better this time and arrived in one piece. (Last picture) *Original review* This ornament is so adorable. I got it to go with the theme of mine and my husband's 23rd anniversary (Dec 23rd). It was packaged poorly...exactly as shown in the picture- loose and one arm is missing. The broken piece isn't even in the box. I will return it and update if I receive an unbroken item.

Searching for the perfect gift for my granddaughter who is dancing in the Nutcracker again this year, I discovered the Kurt Adler Clara ornaments. As thrilled as I was to have found the "perfect" gift, I was hesitant to order due to all the complaints of ornaments arriving broken due to inadequate packaging for shipping. I took a chance and am delighted to report that the ornament arrived in pristine condition, not only in the bubble envelope as noted by previous buyers, but tucked safe and sound in a box with additional padding. The details on the ornament are well painted, and the pink embossed fabric skirt adds the finishing touch. Very pleased with it and would recommend purchasing. Performances begin next week, five days before Christmas! I'm eagerly waiting both the ballet and presenting my "star ballerina" with something she can keep to show her own little ballerina someday.

These products are truly beautiful. I have started collecting them for my Grand daughters & put them on top of their Christmas presents. That way they have something that is special to them to hang on their tree each Christmas. My Daughters are now wanting to be included. We always look at the faces before we purchase & we find that Kurt Adler produces pretty faces.

Arrived as we were putting the tree up, so perfect timing and a week before expected. She's beautiful and very well made.
