Very solid kind of material used for this item. Perfect price item for using your keyboard for smartphone using with an PC or Laptop. Compatible for all kinds of laptops coming with USB-A port. Compact sized item. I’m sorry but I don’t see this item as per a charging option because I don’t think this kind of item used for charging. I have my separate port (65W AC adapter) for charging. So sorry.
