valuable safety Equipment shoould be on every PFD
This whistle is virtually unbreakable, highly visible in yellow, & very loud. Can be blown when wet. Surperior design to other whistles. Required safety equipment for all paddlers. Attach with to lifejacket zipper pull so that it will always be available. I bought a bunch of these for door prizes for our local paddling club.

As loud as they say it is
Blow full blast without plugging your ears and your ears will ring afterwards, it's loud. Love the color selection, got one for each of my boys on their first wilderness camping trip, in their favorite colors. We went through learning a set of signals and before we set off on the trip I let them blow away to get it out of their system and after that I had a little peace of mind in knowing that should we become separated I would hear them. I bought another emergency whistle for myself locally for more money and it's not as loud.
