I had lost my father some months back and I planted a few of his favorite flowers and a tree, creating a garden of peace and memory. This beautiful sounding wind chime was placed in it as well. I live high on a breezy ridge line. I've purchased many wind chimes, some far more expensive than this one. This wind chimes equals the sound quality l & tone of wind chimes I've purchased a 3 times the price of this one. This wind chimes is not tinny, nor does it clang, the metal tube's emit a pleasant bell like sound, each tube's tone & sound complements the tone of the others. I've only owned this wind chime a month, so I can't comment on the durability, but I'm very pleased with the sound quality.5 star!

I chose these deeper toned chimes to send to a friend who had just lost his mother. He loved them and said they sounded peaceful and looked so elegant at their new home. It reminded him of his mother who loved nature. Great gift!
