We researched for a good multi-vitamin that we could trust ingredients. This one won.

Great multi to supplement with but a bit pricey
It contains most of what you would expect from a daily multi. The serving size is two pills and they are the industry standard size one would expect, meaning not small but not a horse pill either. Klean is definitely on the high side as far as price is concerned but being NSF certified helps ensure the price means a quality product. I am not a fan of products that contain Prop blends but I understand the use of them. If you are an athlete and require a larger number of nutrients than the average person then this multi will certainly help you to supplement and get to the level that you want to achieve. If you do not exercise at all then I would not recommend this multi, you would be fine with a Centrum or One a Day brand from Walmart at half the price.

Energy for days
Was looking for a vitamin that was sourced with good quality ingredients and this fit the bill. I get all of the necessary vitamins in a good size, that I don’t have to worry about. Will continue to take and do recommend!

Cracked vitamins
My husband opened the package and took 1 vitamin noting that it did not quite taste the same as previous vitamins. He examined the vitamins and noticed that alot of the vitamins were cracked. The expiration date on the bottle is 9/26. We had noticed with a previous bottle of these vits that as the product neared the expiration date the vitamins started cracking. I don't know if this is a quality control issue or we were given a product expired or close to expiring. The bottle expiration date is over a year away. The picture shows just a few of the vitamins.
