Did not Work when I Purchased it from Amazon but Worked when I Bought it Directly from the Company
This product was pretty quiet when I got it, did not do much. Then I thought that I should try buying it from the company directly, just in case the product was not fresh on Amazon. I ordered it from the company via their website and it worked on me! It hydrated me, it was amazing. The difference was unmistakable so I would say that perhaps sometimes you should buy it directly from the company versus Amazon when it comes to perishable items like supplements and food goods. I think the first product I got was old.

Healing, helpful supplement
I felt more energetic, less pain in my body, much better digestion (i.e. bowel movements) and better skin. I honestly didn't expect these things, but I plan on taking this supplement for the rest of my life. That may sound dramatic, but I've suffered with my health for a long time. I've been diagnosed with many things including autoimmune diseases such as MS, Lupus, etc.. I have been on an Eastern, holistic path of healing for the past 10 years and am always looking for supplements that truly. I highly recommend this incredible product!

Hydrogen water
Dr Flanagan has brought us the best, most portable hydrogen water generator available in a capsule. Take a glass of water, a pinch of sea salt, and a piece or two of water melon, lime, pineapple, and pour a capsule of mega hydrate.Watch it come alive with hydrogen bubbles. I have been using this for years it’s amazing.Dr Flanagan recommended preparing the water this way for maximum hydrogen generation in one of his interviews on hydrogen water.

Great for those struggling to stay hydrated
I would recommend for those that need to stay hydrated... helps out for those struggling with sugar diabetes as it aids in electrolytes etc. I personally use it for my water and break a capsule in my water jugs increases the PH

Ingredients changed, this no longer works- waste of money now- just glorified Gatorade in pill form
Firstly, I just found out that Patrick Flanagan died in 2019. RIP to a brilliant man who helped so many people in his life. I am not sure if it was because of his death that the formula has changed. I have been using his product since it was invented as Microhydrin from the company Royal Body Care many MANY years ago. It was nothing short of miraculous for energy and skin glowing and every aspect of health. When he left RBC and brought out MegaHydrate to the market, I was so happy because it was a similar formula and effectiveness to his original Microhydrin. I could tell because I used to get an unusual tasting "burp" a few minutes after taking it, and when I opened the capsules into any liquid, the liquid would "change" significantly in texture and would foam up. I couldn't understand why the past few bottles I have bought not only do not change the liquids I add it to and also do not produce the "burp" I always got assuring me that it was the right formula, but there is NO effect anymore, no energy, no skin improvement - nothing- other than swollen ankles (which goes away when I stop taking this newer formula). I happened to find an older bottle in the back of my cabinet and even though it expired, it produced the burp, the energy, the glowing skin, etc. So not only is this newer formula no longer effective it's also much more expensive. Obviously since Patrick's death whoever took over has ruined his original formula. I emailed the company who said they just changed the label to reflect the more baseline ingredients, but it clearly this is NOT the same formula as it used to be. (silica hydride) I don't think there is anything similar in the market although someone said that Dr Mercola has something like this which I may now give a try. At any rate, Patrick's miraculous formula obviously died along with him and my health can tell instantly that this new formula does nothing now. :( I am so sorry I bought some more bottles recently before I saw the reviews showing the change in formula. I was suspecting something had changed but couldn't prove it and thought maybe I had just gotten used to the effects and was hoping this was still doing something, but it is not doing anything for sure. Now I noticed when I take it my ankles swell and it's because the ingredients are just potassium, salt etc (glorified Gatorade in a pill), so they are trying to pretend to "hydrate" you that way instead of the original formulation consisting of "bucky ball" molecules Patrick invented consisting of silica hydride), and charging a fortune to boot for this. You can get potassium supplements dirt cheap. For those who took over manufacturing this product, you may want to see all the growing reviews saying the same thing about this new worthless formula you have been selling. Shame on you for ruining a miraculous product. God bless you always Patrick Flanagan for giving me a very long life with mostly great health. I miss you tremendously. :( And I know since your miraculous formula was patented, I will never come across anything like this ever again. :(

Last year I saw Mega Hydrate been advertise on U Tube, good reviews, decide it to give it a Chance and I've been a customer ever since My digestive system is in better condition my overall in life itself it's more of a positive feel . I just love the results but the price is getting higher within last year and now I hope it stays the same because it's worth trying it out.

Ingredients keep changing
Not sure what to think about this. Today’s Megahydrate doesn’t act the same as it used to. Looks like some change since 2017. Only giving it 3 stars until I take it for a while. But should have noticed immediately, so not real hopeful.
