I’ve been taking this for almost 2 weeks and have definitely noticed a difference. I have more clarity plus I can concentrate and focus better at work and as I study. I have also noticed improvements with my memory. Another great benefit is that I have not had any side effects. I always take it first thing in the morning with lots of water on an empty stomach.

Please note: I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.This product has a nice natural smell to it and the bottling is top notch. However, as it concerns the product itself, I honestly have to say that it's hit and miss. The main thing with supplements is that you have to be careful about the placebo effect. Are you actually feeling any difference? I did not. I only take one and day and have really seen no difference. (no points deducted)However, that being said, this product lists good natural ingredients, but once again, that is meaningless if you don't actually feel any difference.So why the 1 point deduction? 1) The price point is pretty bad. At 18 dollars a bottle, for 30 pills, this is quite expensive to try. It's only half a month's supply if you take 2 a day, and that's with the idea that it may be doing nothing. Overall, due to the poor value, I would say that it's around 3-4 stars.You can argue that this product is expensive because of the ingredients, but I say that if you cannot clinically prove that an ingredient is doing anything, including it in the product and charging for it is not helpful to the end consumer.
