Yes. The keys of the 4 pack are keyed alike. They are 8 keys in all.

Would these work with a pelican case?

It should, as long as there is room for the locking portion of the lock on the case

Will this lock fit a jetski single trailer?

This item did not fit my trailer hitch. The post was to short. Thus, I did not use it. Hitch is on a 24 foot travel trailer.
