Very comfortable. Love the adjustable firmness/overall thickness options by adding or removing stuffing. The removable washable cover helps keep things hygienic. I've found that this pillow helps me have a more restful night without as much tossing and turning due to neck pain or overheating. The curved shape of the pillow mixed with the quality of the cooling memory foam interior keeps its shape all night. I find it is not as heavy as solid memory foam pillows which helps with its portability. I would recommend this product.

I don't usually write reviews, but this pillow deserves one! The Sydney Sleep Adjustable Curved Pillow is hands down the best purchase I've made in a long time. I've struggled with neck and shoulder discomfort, and after just a few nights, I noticed a huge difference. I love that it's adjustable. The extra shredded memory foam filling let me customize it to the perfect height and firmness, and the curved design cradles my neck and shoulders perfectly. It's supportive without being too firm, and I wake up feeling rested instead of stiff and sore. The quality is outstanding, and it has held its shape beautifully. I honestly wish I had bought this pillow sooner. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate—it's worth every penny! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for better sleep and better neck and shoulder support.

I have a question for the seller. Is it possible to purchase an additional bag of filling for this pillow, or would you be willing to send one as a courtesy? I would really appreciate it. I’m giving this pillow 4 stars because, aside from one issue, I have been quite satisfied with it. When it was new, it was comfortable enough and reasonably supportive. I purchased it in September 2025, but I actually used it very little over the past year. My only disappointment is that the filling compressed much faster than I expected. In fact, I had to use the extra bag of filling almost immediately after I received the pillow. Even with that additional filling, the pillow eventually became very soft and quite flat. I would really like this pillow to work for me in the long run because it is otherwise comfortable and supportive enough. If I could refill it, I would happily continue using it. If additional filling is available, either for purchase or as a courtesy replacement, I would greatly appreciate it.

I've had this pillow for a week and my sleep has improved. It is comfortable, uses quality materials, and seems to keep the aches and pains at bay when I wake up in the mornings. I used to wake up with neck and shoulder pain and the occasional hip pain. So far, I haven't experienced any of the pain I had before switching. I have to admit I am a little surprised what a difference a pillow can make in the quality of sleep. I was impressed with what comes with the pillow as well. It comes with a bag so you can remove some of the memory foam to reduce the firmness. It also comes with extra foam to firm it up more. I haven't changed anything wth mine since it seems to be the right thickness for my sleeping habits. I recommend trying it as it is out of the box before making changes. I can imagine it might get frustrating trying to find just the right flatness or thickness night after night. For me, right out of the box worked! There is a little prep that needs to be done. The pillow must "fluff" for 24 hours and the directions suggest cleaning the pillow cover while this is happening. I did I was instructed and the pillow didn't have any odor from the manufacturing. One note: after you open the package, check the bag with the extra foam to make sure it is completely closed. I took my pillow with the rest of the stuff up to my bedroom to let it fluff up. When I headed back downstairs, I found I had left a trail of foam behind me. I knew my way back downstairs and I wasn't reenacting a scene from Hansel and Gretel. :-)

Highly recommend! I am side sleeper, and this absolutely perfect. It cradles and supports. I used to wake up with a lot of neck pain and headaches, this is helping a great deal, it’s only been a week and it has helped my sleep. It stay cools which I need. It’s soft and you can form it to your comfort. It also comes with extra stuffing if you like it more firm. And also a cute travel bag, so those hotels pillows are not your only option. It’s small enough for travel but big enough for every night sleeping. Love, love, love it!

Good pillow, takes quite a bit to go flat had it for about 6 months and only issue is the outer cover is starting to get holes in it from normal use.

This pillow system is the best! I love the customization, support and softness. I decided write a review after almost a year of constant and exclusive use to give a honest feedback. I never had an issue with neck pain, which is a first for me. I held on the my favorite old pillow just in case and found I didn't need it after the first week. I have since thrown it away after about 5 faithful years of solid wash/dry/use. I usually have to acclimate to a traditional, store bought pillow ($10-60 ones that claim they are for back/ side sleepers ) and the pain usually starts after the first night, crescendos over 7 days and then subsides over another week. Never happened with pillow. I let the base and extra filling air out for 72 hours after opening, which I highly recommend. Not tossing in the dryer, which is an option, but I can't see how that will get you the best value for the investment of your most treasured rest to shortcut the process. Just be patient and let it acclimate to the room it will spend the most time in, similar to wood flooring in your home. Because I chose the slower method, I still never have smelled any chemicals or off putting odors. I intially used the pillow as it was originally packaged in order to get a sense of the support for the first 21 days. I determined at that point, I wanted to see what adding the extra filling would be like. Not because I had neck pain, but because I notice I tend to squish the filling to whatever side I am on for the longest amount of time. GAME CHANGER! I have long term support and comfort that bounces back after constant use and learned bunching (I am trying to not bunch under my neck for support. Know that will take time because it is a learned behavior from bad support from other 'back/side sleeper' pillows that don't live up to stated claims). The zipper on the case is durable, even when I noticed I was pushing the filling to one side, it held up. It was never so bulky that your natural sleep patterns won't adjust to and even out. I went through the intial summer heat and the 'second' NYC summer without feeling like my head was cooking. I would not say this particular pillow system offers any direct cooling effect that you will noticeably feel. I would say that, the hottest summer days, with a satin pillowcase, it wasn't as bad as I have had in the past. 80-90 degree heat and heavy humidity, I didn't wake up constantly with my head in a pool of sweat. It is not a "cooling effect" so much as, you don't sweat at all, in an humidity or temperature. It's more like, a reasonable person shouldn't find fault or sweat as much with a box or shop fan. The context of like for like, not a dedicated AC or Temp/Climate control system throughout an entire house is not equivalent. Please, leave room for bias. Especially, in these reviews. I am in an apartment, and treated myself/experimented with this pillow. I love it and will recommend/gift it to anyone I can! Happy resting!

This Sidney sleep pillow is 100 times better than all the other pillows! There are 6 super good reasons to get this pillow. First reason is that you sleep up higher. Second reason is that you never wake up with neck pain or strain. Third reason is that you can change the loft situation. The fourth reason is that the pillow is so soft that; I promise you that you will have the best sleep you’ll ever have! The fifth reason is that your shoulders sit up so so much higher than all other pillows and these Sidney sleep pillows are perfect for side sleepers. The last reason is you feel like it’s totally worth for what you paid for! Here’s a a quick look at this Sidney sleep pillow: you feel like you’re lying on cushion. Before I had a pesky pillow! It was so yucky it looked so brown, so yucky that I really was wishing for a new pillow for a long time. Mom found Sidney sleep when she was trying to find a pillow for herself so we talked to daddy about getting a pillow and once we did, mom got me a pillow right away. SIDNEY SLEEP! 🤩 you can see a picture of the pillow in comparison in the first photo. But I went through three Sidney sleep pillows though. The first one I got a Sidney sleep pillow I washed the cover, which I DON’T recommend you do! Our washing machine is not too good so it got old looking, so Mom got me a new one. The second time it was all by accident! I one time accidentally put superglue on the white Sidney sleep cover I got so I would not have to wash the cover part so I could just wash the pillowcase. You will see it in the next photo down below. 👇 so I was in bed and I accidentally glued the case to the real pillowcase bamboo pillowcase and it got a big hole that you’ll see in the third picture! So I bought a new Sidney that you see in the first picture up against that old smelly Pillow. Hope you enjoy Sidney!

It was a big treat to invest in a pillow I was a bit doubtful it would help me sleep but it's worth investing in from my perspective It takes a little while to have the right volum of memory foam for you personally but once you find the right amount it's great. It's slightly strange having a pillow this shape and it's easy not to put your head properly on it so resting the crown rather than whole side of head but you'll know because your just nit as comfy as you should be so pull it down securely under your head and although you know your heads on something but alchmy happens as once your resting on it youve not much time to think because your fast asleep which for insomniac me is great. You don't need to search for the right shape pillow case as I did but use a regular pillowcase it doesn't detract from the pillow You get a nice back with lots of extra memory foam so you'll be able to use as much or as little as suits you best I found using a bit more than I expected to need was best for me I would recommend this pillow

To anyone who gets a sore neck this is the perfect pillow to solve that problem. It's perfect but very expensive!
