Q: Title says 98w, color says 65w. 15v x 4a is 60w. which is it?

Seriously doubt it is 98W and is likely false advertising as seen on most chinese products. The output specs are printed right on the charger itself and states 15 volts @ 4amps, which produces 60 Watts, and then if you include the 5V @ 1amp usb port, you get an additional 5 watts, for a total output of 65 Watts.

Q: Does this have a warranty? If so how long?

30 day Amazon warranty. Seller doesn't respond.

Get one from Microsoft. These are junk no matter what model. If your model's not in the description skip it. It's for old machines. This one lasted 6 weeks.
