Good product, I highly recommend the Night Owl security system these were add on cameras to my system. They are 720p and have a good clear picture in the dark or in the day. The color in the day is good and the black and white night image is clear up to the 30 feet that my camera watches. They come with everything needed to attach to your system with 60' of cable. I do find the attachment screws supplied to be very cheap and they break and the head strips very easily and I mean very easily so be careful when using these screws or just take good quality stainless screws up the ladder with you in the first place.

Works very well only complaint is that the mounting bracket is made of plastic not metal so be carful not to over tighten or it will probably crack. Overall great clear 1080p picture. Works as intended would buy again from this seller.

I agree with previous reviewers that add-ons are not metal,but all plastic body.But so far (3+ months) they hold up good.The quality of the picture,especially sharpness and detail seem to be better. The pivoting system also differs between old metal and add-on plastic cameras - that is the main reason I give them a 4 star review. Original cameras have a pivot ball, which made rotating and adjusting all of the cams a simple, one minute task. Adjusting and pointing where you want the NEW ones was an issue, cause they have a different , all plastic 3 axis mountain brackets. It took about 30 minutes to set each in place! The main problem was - once you got the camera to point at where you want it and start securing it, it shifts!

I have had Night Owl for a few years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. I have never had any problem the this system. Buy the best and upgrade is easy too. Stay with Night Owl Night vision is unreal, the spot light version is super, you will not believe the view at night. Great product!

GREAT BUY!! We bought the complete set and added these two cameras to the house. The clarity for day and night is the best I've seen. You will not be disappointed with buying this product. We have these cameras all around our house. The police asked us to view the recorded video footage because it covers such a wide area. We also have it connected to our cell phones. So we can check our house whenever we are not home. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

Does exactly as advertised. Great audio. Surprising feature: It is solid metal. Heavy. The only plastic part is the mounting ring. The pivot and eyeball easily rotate and it just looks awesome! Buy it! You wont have any regrets. I install CCTV systems for a living and it impressed me which by now I thought was impossible. Only dome camera on the market Ive seen made of metal.

Order the camera(2)set and also cables and power supplies to replaced the old parts and string line new area. This comment is just for the arrival of purchased new product on time and awesome packaging. I will write or add to this comment when installed and tested time frame.

What a nightmare. So I have the 4 Camera, Night Owl 3.0 DVR THD30B-81 bought from COSTCO. Wanted a dome camera for the front door, that also had audio. I ordered this camera because of the statement in the description (see below). "Compatible with all Night Owl HD Analog Series DVRs (NOTE: Not compatible with AHD7 Series).At Night Owl, our goal is to provide an incomparable experience for any technical support required."So, I set it up and guess what? No audio. I tried to contact Amazon Tech Support and it would never go thru on the link. I then attempted to contact the NightOwl Support # and waited for 30 minutes for a tech. After much debating with her that I did not need to be home to go thru the walk through, because I had pictures of the screens and that I used to install security camera's/systems years ago. She hung up on me. I called right back and waited for another 20-30 minutes to finally get to talk to a manager. I explained the camera/employee issue to him and he informed me that there would be a call from their tech support that evening at 5pm, there was never a call. I ended up getting a replacement camera from Amazon (great job there) and installed it directly to the system and the same problem was there (no audio). I then contacted NightOwl again, another 30 minutes on hold, This tech ended up telling me that the camera was not compatible with the system from Costco and that (call ended). The tech told me at the beginning of the call to give her my contact number in the event we get disconnected (guess what just happened?). So, I waited a few minutes and called again (another 20-30 minutes) goes by before I get another tech that basically said that this camera will not work with my system and that they do not have any camera with audio for this system. Bottom line. the system is a good entry level camera system. But know what your doing because getting any help from the company will be a long depressing conversation. Thanks
