I have one of these myself and bought one for -a pal of mine at the gym for a Christmas gift. I am not that flexible but having this strap has help me to increase my flexibility. Yes, it has been BABY STEPS but as a senior the name of the game is to keep moving and don't just sit. This has been a tool for major improvement for me. My trainer and I often use this strap to stretch and increase my flexibility. " Don't over do it - just let your body shift. If it doesn't shift, then that is okay. Some days one is stiffer than other." Great piece of equipment.

This particular strap was recommended by my physical therapist. It helps with exercises, and it helps me move my leg now that I’ve had hip replacement surgery. It supports my leg and foot, making it easier to move it, for instance getting in and out of bed.

I use this yoga strap for exercises assigned by my physical therapist. I have tried using other things, such as the sash from my bathrobe, but for 10 bucks I thought this would be worth it and it is. It is simple, cleverly designed, flexible and easy to use. It's very sturdy and will last forever. It arrived quickly and I am very pleased with the purchase.

This was exactly what I was looking for at a better price than I expected. I have been going to physical therapy for various knee problems for over three years. This seems to be identical to the static band that I use for physical therapy. Each of the loops are double stitched for added strength (see the picture). The nylon band has held up for the past month of daily use and I expect it to last a lot longer.

The band is thick enough to get a good grip and strong enough to help me stretch my non flexible body parts. I needed this to keep my physical therapy going at home between sessions. I first used a stretch strap at physical therapy. I liked the versatility and results. I bought this less expensive option on Amazon and am getting the same stretches in at home. The strap is well made and has a booklet of stretches. Thanks for a quality option and half the price.
