Amazon packaging was really bad no safety packing was done around the cholate either. the chocolate is really yummy though. the golden cover over the chocolate is too thin that i even thought the product is not genuine but it tasted really good

The item seemed old although it will still within the expiry date. Also, it was all dried and powdered down and had a weird chemical taste.

My Mom recently purchased some food-based items when shopping at ‘Modern Bazaar’, an offline store selling all kinds of food products, of Indian and foreign origin. This product was among those purchased. Manufactured by brand ‘Ferrero’ under its ‘Ferrero Rocher’ range of products, it is a bar composed of dark chocolate (59%): with 55% minimum cocoa solids content. It has hazelnuts (12%) and cocoa filling. ‘Ferrero Rocher’ is one of the most popular chocolates in the world, and, in my humble opinion, the decision to bring about a chocolate bar derivative of its composition was long overdue. This bar, in particular, seems to have taken inspiration from ‘Ferrero Rondnoir’, which is composed of dark chocolate and decorated with chocolate shavings. It is available usually as part of the ‘Ferrero’ collection in the holiday season, but rarely available for purchase by itself. I have had ‘Ferrero Rondnoir’ a few years ago, as part of the ‘Ferrero’ collection, and was thoroughly impressed with it. This chocolate bar, thankfully, ticks all the right boxes. It is pre-divided into a total of 15 squares, alternately bearing the ‘Ferrero Rocher’ logo, and a ‘truffle’-like logo illustrated on the front of the package. The bar is aesthetically appealing. The chocolate component does not come across as offensively bitter upon taste. It has a ‘deeper’ ‘cocoa’ flavour than that found in milk chocolates, but is not off-putting at all. It ensures a rich and lingering chocolatey mouthfeel. The ‘cocoa’ aspect of the filling seems to blend in very well with the bar. It is not distinctly felt. This is not a ‘con’ per se. The hazelnuts come across as finely chopped. They are felt in each and every bite of the bar. They are, in all likelihood, lightly toasted: albeit not salted. They deliver on the expected ‘nutty’ hazelnut flavour, without being ‘raw’. They complement the chocolate component very well. Although not stated explicitly, the bar seems to have a thin and crispy ‘wafer’ layer, which is felt when tasting the chocolate square(s). It does not have a flavour of its own, but provides for the ‘crunch’ factor, thereby enhancing the overall experience. The bar may contain traces of almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, pecan nuts, brazil nuts, pistachios, and macadamia nuts as stated under the list of ingredients. People suffering from a specific nut allergy are advised to exercise caution. Overall, this product is worth the purchase.
