Hunter Original Tall, Women's Rain Boots

Perfect, try to size fit. Youngest doesn’t complain they are uncomfortable and has worn them for long periods of time. And feels a really good quality.

I've had these for a month now and tend to wear them when walking the dog. I've been in the sea with them and encountered no problems with them. Neither have I had any problems with cracking with them. Comfortable to wear( I wear mine with thick socks). All in all I am really glad i bought them Update May 2013. The first crack has appeared, one in each of the wellies about half way up. Considering I've had them a few years and that I was practically living in them last winter, I don't suppose they've done too bad. The problem is that when you have paid more you expect more. The cracks are very narrow, not enough to stop wearing them but a shame nevertheless

I must say I wasn't expecting such an amazing product when I ordered my Hunter wellies but I was amazed!!! First of all the price was great(in Portugal they cost a fortune, +/- 130 euros) and the delivery was extra fast! But the surprise was when I opened the box! I've never seen such a beautiful packaging in my live! Last year I bought a pair of wellies that costed me 50 euros and they didn't even had a box (plus they cracked in a week). But Hunter's box was really amazing and the boots were imaculated inside it! And I must confess I worried about the size since I read some reviews saying that the sizes were king of big...but this 5 were really perfect for my feet. They feat like "a glove"! Even the colour (navy) was beautiful! Dark and discrete, perfect match with all of my winter outfits! Couldn't be happier :) I just hope they will last many years!

Just received these in UK size 8 in Red. They're a fabulous fit. I have broad feet but these fit perfectly. Very comfy. They're fab fit on the calf but they are narrow. Not gapping at all. They suit me but if you have larger, muscular calves then they're maybe not the ideal fit for you. LOVE THEM. Brilliant price on Amazon. No faults whatsoever. I had previously ordered a different brand of designer wellies but they were ultra narrow. Hunters are simply fabulous.

I purchased these in November last year when we started with the dreaded wet weather, when they were received they had a tear in the rubber where the metal clip/strap was. Dissapointed and was cursing poor quality,however I contacted Amazon who issued a new pair out to me and these arrived within 2 days. It actually took longer for the courier to come and collect the faulty ones. I must say they are comfy and fit fine and are not faulty! I am a size 5 and calves aren't slim but they fit perfectly I can even wear my jeans in them. My sister also got the adjustable ones as her calves are on the bigger side and they are brilliant too, perfect for the outdoors, sturdy and most of all waterproof!

I now see why people spend more money on good wellingtons! I have worn all sorts of cheaper brands and because I walk daily with the dogs in forests and fields, and suffer from loads of feet problems, I decided to invest in a pair of Hunters. Seriously, I wanted to walk all day! The difference is amazing. They are so comfortable, I am not straining my ankles like I was with the cheaper boots and I never even knew I was straining them until I wore these. They make a huge difference and are worth the price; your feet are worth looking after. They look good too! I bought the mens for my husband too and he is so delighted!

These are a great everyday rain boot. The shorter height makes them way easier to slip on and off compared to traditional tall boots, and they don’t feel bulky when you’re walking around. They’re fully waterproof and hold up well in wet conditions—perfect for errands, dog walks, or anything quick outside. The sole has good grip, and they feel stable even on wet pavement. Fit-wise, I found they run pretty true to size. There’s enough room for thicker socks if needed, but they don’t feel sloppy. They’re not heavily insulated, so more for mild weather than deep cold. Love these boots! I've been on the fence about getting a pair of Hunter boots for a couple of years now due to price. I finally decided to purchase a pair after weeks of obsessing over which color and size to get. I didn't have access to see or try on any in person, so I poured over reviews to help make my decision. My normal shoe size is 8.5. When having to purchase in whole sizes only, it always varies for me, so after reading a bazillion reviews, I ordered a size 8. It only took 2 days for me to receive the boots, even though they shipped from the UK. Yay! I ordered on a Wednesday and they were on my front porch that Friday. Immediately opened them up and stuck my foot in...and panicked. It felt like my toe was touching the inside tip of the boot...I feared they were too small. After taking a deep breath and putting the other one on, I walked around my kitchen for a minute. They actually felt great! They are a snug fit, but I know a size 9 would have been huge. These are rubber boots, and I don't want to feel like I'm walking around in clown shoes. I've worn them twice now, both times all day. No issues. My toes don't rub inside the boot like I feared, the snug fit is actually a blessing. I did also wear regular socks with them. They look great and I've gotten tons of compliments already. LOVE THESE BOOTS!!!! I will say that if your calf is normal to large, you need to get the wide calf boots with the adjustable top. I have normal to small legs, and noticed in a lot of the reviews there were negative comments about the calf part fitting too tight. I really didn't pay much attention to it. These boots fit me like a glove, and I can maybe wear a pair of thicker socks with them over skinny jeans or leggings, but it will be tight. And I have very small legs!! I've never had an issue in the calf area with any boot, but this is a snug fit for me. This never, ever happens, so if your calf area isn't small, these probably won't fit. They are also a tight fit around the ankle area, and take a minute to get on and off. Believe the reviews on this, they fit SNUG. But for me this is a good thing and really makes the boots look great on...not sloppy and flopping around everywhere but instead a more tailored look. I got them in the navy gloss and highly recommend!
