Glowing results
They stick well to the plastic surfaces I used them on, which was on a couple of computers not any type of car . Just clean the spot with a little alcohol on a paper towel and it gets a good grip. They start out pretty bright but they only hold that for a short time and become a soft glow after 30 minutes. It will maintain the low glow level for about 2-4 hours depending on the decal and how much coating is on the sticker. I have similar stickers that seem to hold the brightness for a little longer so 4 out of 5

Spelling errors all over, junk
Multiple decals have words completely misspelled on them. Half the decals don’t peel off the backing. Waste of money. They also don’t really glow.

DON'T BUY
It arrived with stickers already fallen off the sheet. Some of them don't come off correctly and rip the paper with them. I tried one on my remote; no glowing at all and the corners started to peel up. This should not be priced any higher than 50 cents.

Not a very good quality sticker
The quality of the stickers is bad- the decal part does not come off easily from the paper and the glue is gone, you may find some that are ok, but some are ruined.

The stickers them self feel of good quality but they don't glow very well and for the price I guess I expected more but they do work.
