Well with 60 capsules for the price, a 2 month supply, I decided to try it. This product has been a game-changer for me! The price for the amount you get is fantastic. I've been taking it consistently for few weeks now, and it hasn't upset my stomach at all. The product itself is tasteless, which I appreciate. The size of pill doesn't make hard to swallow, (some might find it on bigger end). Most importantly, it's actually working! I'm finding myself much more active and less stuck in that "holding pattern" feeling. I don’t get fatigue towards end of day or any sort of "crash". I'm able to think much clearer, I have ADHD and tend to be "all over the place" but not with this. My sleep has also significantly improved, I can actually sleep through the night now. I am a 46 year old female caring for my mentally ill and very difficult 81 year old mom.I used to be a yogi, meditator, daily juicer... etc.Now I am a stressed out, fatigued, IBS suffering middle aged person who needs to take breaks and lie down after every single chore. I really do enjoy this supplement however, it can make me burp (gross I know) and be a little harsh on my stomach, therefore I only take once every other day. I have elevated levels of testosterone (It’s not PCOS) and while I haven’t been able to see an endocrinologist yet due to COVID-19, I wanted herbal supplements to help see if my body can return back to normal naturally. I am also taking Berberine for slight increase in blood sugar (however I’m not diabetic or over pre-diabetic), DIM, amongst a few others. I have seen improvements in energy and the ingredient list is top notch.You also get a free bottle with purchase and can be any of their supplements (no review necessary but wanted to leave one anyways.) This is not a paid review, If you are searching as I was for something to help a weight loss stall that is not based on a paid review here is one. I have been intermittent fasting and keto for three months. I have an adrenal body type with every symptom, stress, obsessing over minor concerns, inability to sleep, weight gain in lower abdomen and no where else etc. I have been taking this product for a week. I have lost 35 lbs in the first two months of fasting and keto, but had stalled for an entire month. I took a chance in ordering this lower priced product. All I can say is I wish I had known about this sooner, (like when my dog died), because this supplement truly 100% calms my nerves. I have never slept better. It's solid and a full night sleep and I still am able to wake up refreshed. Not sure if it is 100% due to introducing this into my routine, but I have broken the weight loss stall and have lost 2lbs this week alone. It's made in the USA and may not work for everyone but it has for me and I will buy it again. I can only take it at night as it makes me so relaxed and sleepy (not really drowsy). It does not give me energy, if you are looking for some type of energy booster this may not be what you need. I fully believe it has helped control my cortisol levels and just general well being and happy about the weight loss.
