I love this product line and the Turkey Base was perfect. I used it for my stuffing and made a broth to make delicious gravy. I will use this product from now on for a perfect Thanksgiving Unfortunately my local stores do not stock it so I was happy that it was available on Amazon!

As they say, "Better than boullion"! It is hard to find the mushroom based boullion. Chicken, beef and vegatable based bullions are readily available in all my local grocery stores , but not mushroom based. Great product!

I was notified by a coworker that this is the go-to brand for meat-free bouillon. I looked for it in the grocery store and the rack was empty! I decided to purchase it on Amazon and tried using it soon after. I was pleasantly surprised... the flavor was equivalent, and it's quite versatile. The salt content is higher than that of your typical bouillon, but not by much. It doesn't seem to be as robust (or thicken as much) as the typical bouillon, but I can get by that. I'm assuming it will last quite a while due to the amount of salt, but be sure to place it in the refrigerator... it's not a powdery substance, but more like a paste (consistent to tomato paste). I love this product. It works great. I usually don’t go by the directions on a jar. I just kind of go out on my own.

Great for enhancing your turkey stock

Have been using these products for a while now. The flavour they give to any dish they are used in is delicious. You only need a very small amount otherwise the intensity of the flavour is overpowering. Lower salt taste than normal stock cubes. Very flavoursome. I use between half to one level, and I do mean level, teaspoon. The jar lasts a long time. Well worth the investment in what initially seems an expensive product. I have several different 'Better then Boullion' flavoured jars. They do a range of bases. I have not used stock cubes now for a couple of years as I prefer the flavour this product gives to my cooking.

We love this for making turkey gravy. The flavour is great when added to turkey drippings.

I made a casserole for 9 people but was surprised, given the review, that I needed to use half a jar to get any flavour. This made it very uneconomical to use. Everyone really enjoyed the taste but at nearly £20 per jar and having to use half a jar, it cost me nearly £10 to make a stock! Very tasty but I don’t think I would be able to afford to buy this very often. 3 stars only because of the price but very tasty.
