Airfix A05127A Hawker Hurricane Mk.1

Se desiderate un ottimo kit di Hurricane in scala 1/48 ,senza dover spedere una fortuna,questo è il kit adatto. Le forme e le dimensioni del modello rispecchiano molto fedelmente l'aereo vero,la qualità dei dettagli superficiali è ottima,le incisioni sono in negativo,ben definite e della giusta profondità,i dettagli in rilievo sono anch'essi gradevoli. L'abitacolo è dettagliato in maniera sufficiente,il tettuccio è molto limpido con i frames ben definiti.Le decals hanno colori saturi e ben centrati. Insomma un kit quasi perfetto.Consigliato.

I thought I'd never build an Airfix kit again after the poor fits I'd experienced before, however, after years of not building kits, I saw some reviews of their new toolings and thought I'd try one for fun. Wow. They've improved so much. Personally, I did find the frame for the cockpit tedious and frustrating to put together, but I suspect that was more of a skill issue, than kit issue. The level of detail has improved, but without adding 100's of parts and complexity. There was no warping, no major fit issues, panel details were crisp and it looked like a hurricane to me. Airfix are making some excellent kits now.

Nice little kit to past the time away on a rainy weekend. A decent price and ideal for beginners like me. Very little clean up needed.

Es un buen modelo, el empaque es suficiente para proteger el contenido, el avión es de muy buen tamaño, pero no cuenta con opciones (como armamento) para armar diferentes versiones.
