these are perfect! i've been neglecting my therapy bc i didn't have replacement bars and the old ones are ...rough. i'm so happy with how they stick, their shapes, and their sizes. they fit perfectly on the 3 mm snap on, that snap sound is so satisfying. the transparent sheet to re-adhere the pads to is big enough you don't have to fidget to get it on. the lil tab for your fingers to grip are ample in size, better than the hi-dow originals. they do t have branding on it so thats even better too! overall this is a steal baby, if you wanna take the wins where you can, this is a big W on pricing!

I gave these Tens Unit replacement pads a 3.5 out of 5 because they really lose their stickiness after only a couple uses unlike others I have used. I like the variety of sized and the price was reasonable. The snaps also snapped securely with my unit. Overall they are a pretty good replacement for the price, but may need replaced more frequently. Update: I tried giving them a quick rinse under water per instructions to see if the adhesive rejuvenates, and I am happy to report that, unlike other brands I have used, the stickiness came back quickly. I increased the my rating to 4 stars, because the adhesive is tacky again. I still can’t give it 5 stars due to the fact that they lost adhesion after 2-3 short uses in an area of my neck/shoulder that isn’t sweaty or oily.

Wish I had broken these out of the package sooner to test because I probably would have returned them based on how poor the adhesive is and the constant readjustment I need to make to keep them in place.

I wanted to get pads for my Compex Sport Elite but this is not compatible. The connector is too small. I just wasted the purchase, and my time. It would be good to specify better the compatible products instead to write "The NURSAL electrode pads are compatible with all TENS/EMS devices". it's NOT true.
