These NURSAL TENS Unit Electrode Pads (20 Pack, 3.5mm Snap EMS Replacement Pads) turned out to be a great purchase. I originally bought them as a Christmas gift for a friend, and he’s been very happy with them. He mentioned early on that the pads are reusable to a point, which matched my experience as well. He let me borrow a few, and I’m still using them now. As long as they’re stored properly, they continue to stick well and perform as expected. One thing I really appreciate is how comfortable they are on the skin. They peel off easily without pulling or irritating the skin, which makes a big difference if you’re using them regularly. Adhesion is strong enough to stay in place during use, but not so aggressive that removal is uncomfortable. Overall, these are high-quality replacement pads that offer good longevity, comfort, and value. Between my friend’s experience and my own continued use, I’d easily give these five stars and would recommend them to anyone using a TENS or EMS unit.

update: excellent communication from this company, they immediately emailed me to resolve my issue and even sent me not just new electrode pads BUT sent me an entirely new tens unit! absolutely amazing customer service, thanks annie doesn’t stick to skin, it starts falling off almost immediately even on skin cleaned with rubbing alcohol

It works very well with my TENS machine. I have issues with my right knee from time to time and I bought these as replacements for my previous pads. I literally haven't had any pain in about 3 weeks in counting so I think it's definitely Great value for the money they fit well, especially with the different sizes

these are perfect! i've been neglecting my therapy bc i didn't have replacement bars and the old ones are ...rough. i'm so happy with how they stick, their shapes, and their sizes. they fit perfectly on the 3 mm snap on, that snap sound is so satisfying. the transparent sheet to re-adhere the pads to is big enough you don't have to fidget to get it on. the lil tab for your fingers to grip are ample in size, better than the hi-dow originals. they do t have branding on it so thats even better too! overall this is a steal baby, if you wanna take the wins where you can, this is a big W on pricing!

Inexpensive and works well. We use our tens unit all the time, so we replace the pads often. Great for pain relief.

Skin has to be wiped with warm wet cloth so pads could work better for contact. I used dry and stick ok.

I wanted to get pads for my Compex Sport Elite but this is not compatible. The connector is too small. I just wasted the purchase, and my time. It would be good to specify better the compatible products instead to write "The NURSAL electrode pads are compatible with all TENS/EMS devices". it's NOT true.
