Worked Well For Me
This worked perfect for me. I added four 3.0 USB ports two A and two C ports using a 3.5 inch available space in my computer case. Since my 20 pin was already in use this was perfect to split it to two uses. Everything is working perfectly. This cable worked great.

Don't waste your $$$ on an item that doesn't work
First off, the cables barely fit into the female end. They fall out very easily. They come loose and I have to find myself having to check them often to make sure they are not separated once again. However, when I decide to finally use the USB ports, I keep getting an error saying unknown USB device device descriptor request failed, after trying every trouble shooting scenario I can with windows, customer service and others we came to the conclusion that it was the hardware itself, ie the cable that I bought from here. The cable is loose. It's cheap. It doesn't stay together and it keeps giving my computer an error. Not letting me read USB flash drives. It will charge devices like my headset, but I cannot read any data such as a USB flash drive. Not worth it. Don't do it. Go somewhere else.

Great for your PC.
This helps with the add-ons I have installed on my PC. Very high quality, great length and size. Great connection, very valuable, easy to install. Highly recommended.

Well it kinda works
Need to add usb c adapter to front usb c ports and no plug on mother board. The splitter does allow this however no data read on usb c and one of the other usb 3 ports. If there is only one of the split lines plluged in data will work. Well at least all have power now

Does not help at all.
Pros: ... ... *cricket chirping* ... ... Cons: Where do I begin? First, the thing is not very well constructed. Flimsy plastic on all 3 connectors making it near impossible to maintain a steady connection. The front panel connectors kept sliding out because they don't "click" into place. My first reaction was that it didn't work at all. I then went back to find that half of the connector had slipped out of BOTH of the splitter's connectors. Plugged them back in and left the back of the case off while I tested the front panel... on the 2 ports that "worked" I was getting HORRIBLE data transfer speeds. The other 2 ports just sat there looking pretty... And when I mean that only 2 worked, I mean that I have 4 in the front panel of my PC, and only one of the top ones and one of the bottom ones "worked". My external hard drive kept disconnecting due to poor connection. Corrupted a couple of movie files on there that won't even play now. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE! If you only have one USB 3 header on your motherboard, but you have an extra USB 2 header on there, there are awesome adapters that will at least get you USB 2.0 speeds as opposed to nothing reliable at all.

Perfect USB 3.0 Splitter
I moved my daughter's PC components into a better case that granted better air flow. But the newer case had not just USB 3.0 front panel header there was a compact C USB 3.2 header. Only thing the motherboard did not have port plugin for the newer type C. I found an adapter for the newer USB cable panel plugin that needed to also use the 20 pin USB 3.0 panel header. And I found this Perfect 19/20 pin y splitter cable making it easy to plug both front panel header cables in. Both the USB 3.0 and 3.2 compact C work great.

No data transmission
Avoid this like the plague. Bought his because like many:my motherboard only had 1x USB headers. The female adapter plugged snuggly into the male motherboard header without issue. When using the splitter to connect the default USB header + USB A Key adapter [reason I purchased this splitter], there was no data. I plugged my Pixel 7 Pro into the front panel USB-C and it got power, but no popup on the phone / PC regarding data.Plugged in a USB drive and the same thing. So I used a USBA>C cable and plugged it into the USBA connector [known to be previously working] and you'll see in thee photo, the USB drive isn't popping up. This splitter supplies POWER ONLY and NO DATA. In the second photo, I have the USB-C port connected to a Lenovo Duet 5 Chromebook, which can pull up to 65W. At 4.66V x 0.49A, this pulling 2.28W.This isn't useful for anything if you even wanted to "deal" with the fact is 'power only.' Do not buy this cable if you need data.

Front IO Connection Issues
I have found that ever since putting this in my system my front IO USB type A ports have been a bit finicky. Some USB devices work fine whereas others aren't even recognized, or display in windows as mlfunctioning (but work fine on back IO ports). If this is your only option, don't expect it to work perfectly all the time.

Fonctionne parfaitement.

Buy an expansion card instead.
This cable is useless if you have high end usb devices like rgb(headphones, mouse, keyboard etc.) Because it split 2 usb to 4 usb but more usb devices require more power.

Disappointed
Does not work as intended. You can use it to slowly charge your phone maybe but not to transfer your files from any external drives
