MYTHICAL Beard Oil - 1 fl oz

I just started using beard oil so I only have one other oil to base this review on. I can say however that I like Rhett's more than my previous beard oil. The smell alone is one reason that I use it on a daily basis. The initial smell is a bit unbalanced but after it sits for about 5 minutes it starts to really settle in to a light, slightly woodsy scent that has traces of almost a Lagerfeld cologne. It is not strong, or overpowering but does last the entire day. As far as the effectiveness of the oil to tame my beard, it does a great job adding a bit of shine and overall softness. I noticed immediately that this beard oil made my beard softer than the last one that I tried. For those wondering what the other product was, it was Prophet Beard Oil. The Prophet Oil had an unusual smell that I didn't like and neither did my wife. She does however like the smell of the Rhett's Oil and I have to say this won't be my last bottle. A++

While I do have to say I am a fan, I am writing this specifically because this is some of the best beard oil I've used. It does not leave your beard oily/greasy, it keeps your hair tame, and it keeps it conditioned. Maybe the Beard and Lady shop just makes amazing products (I have used another one of their beard oils but prefer the smell of this one), but I would say get this for any man who cares about his beard. The only downside is that I travel a lot and I have noticed in their older bottles (I have not purchased one of the new bottles yet as it can actually last you a LONG time if used properly) that there is not a tight seal between the cap and the top and therefore a lot of product is lost by leakage during pressure changes.

I bought this for my son for Christmas, and he loves it! It smells great. I have to say that I kind of liked the old packaging graphics better though, but that is probably not up to the manufacturer, but rather Rhett and Link. So, if they're reading, the previous packaging design for both the beard oil and the lip balm was a lot more fun.Overall, this is a great, high-quality product. I tested a little on the ends of my hair and I like that it absorbs well into the skin and hair without a greasy feeling. My son's experience with the product is that it doesn't appear to induce acne or any other skin irritations, and the scent is light and clean and not overpowering.

I was a bit skeptical about getting beard oil designed and sold by a couple of youtubers, but it's fantastic. As long as I use it and a beard comb every morning, my chin dandruff and itch is basically gone. Added plus, throughout the day I get a wonderfully pleasant smell of sandalwood.The only critique I could give is that the cap is pretty dinky. It looks fine, but it isn't very secure. I think this is why the outside of the bottle was tad sticky when I first got it in the mail (it cleaned off just fine with a damp cloth). But as long as you store it in an upright position and aren't prone to spontaneous bouts of juggling, the cheap cap isn't a problem.

I've had this product for about a week now. I was in dire need of beard oil and low on money. Rhett mentioned his beard oil in an episode of GMM and I thought Id check it out. And to my surprise it was $5 cheaper than what I usually get. I was slightly skeptical of the scent since I usually dont use a beard oil with a scent but I bought it anyways. I will say the scent is "manly" but honestly thats not really what Im looking for. Its a bit too strong for me, but if you're looking for a real manly scent this is certainly one. I've also noticed that it doesnt seem to last as long as the other brand of beard oil Ive used. Maybe my beard is just more scraggly now, but I feel like its not quite as effective as what Ive used in the past. But with all that said it is a nice product and its $5 dollars cheaper than what Ive usually gotten so Id recommend this for anyone that wants to smell manly and have a soft beard at the same time.

Now that I have grown a beard it seemed only fitting that it be sexy AND mythical. Upon using this product for the first time, my beard became light and buoyant like never before! I became a friend to creatures of all kinds, even ones that don't exist! The scent of citrus notes inspired people around me to eat oranges, grapefruits, limes and tangelos; thus eliminating Scurvy for another generation. I gained the power of telekinesis (but only when no one is looking at me). My beard is silky and smooth. My wife cannot stop touching it. I have only but glimpsed a fraction of the Mythical lifestyle but I have become a better person for it. My adventures continue, unabated!

I had just separated from the Navy so of course I had to grow out my beard. I have been using this product for two months and can not be more pleased. I use it at least twice a day (morning and evening). It provides everything I need, keeping my beard soft and thick and full. Also healing the damage I do to it day after day of sun and chlorinated water. I have gotten numerous compliments from many of friends and strangers. Now I recommend this product to anyone wanting to take their beard to another level or wanting to heal previous damage to their beard.

Best beard oil?...let's talk about that!Soooo...My husband asked me to buy him some beard oil so I immediately thought about GMM and Rhett's beard oil. I decided to order it and with prime got it in 2 days. I opened it (before my husband, I wanted to give It a smell test first) y'all It smells so good, I love it and so does my husband he really likes the way it makes his beard and face feel...aside from being a fan and wanting to support Rhett and Link, I have to say it truly is a nice beard oil and I very much recommend it!!
