Let me set the scene: I smoke enough weed that “I’ll clean it later” has been a lifestyle, not a phase. Eventually, the hole at the bottom of my bowl became so clogged with resin that airflow was more of a suggestion than a reality. And since I had officially run out of bobby pins (RIP to my usual tool of choice), it was time. Enter: this cleaner. First impression? The smell. YUMMY. I am an absolute sucker for almond scent, so honestly, this product started at 5 stars before it even touched my pipe. I followed the directions, poured some solution into a small ziplock, dropped my pipe in, sealed it tight, and set it on the microwave. Came back later and—surprise!—the liquid had somehow escaped the bag and redecorated my counter and floor. Did it dissolve the bag? Was this a science experiment? Was it a magic trick?? The bag was still sealed. I have no answers. But I respect the chaos. Still 5 stars. After an overnight soak: HOLY MOLY. My pipe was almost completely clean. A quick rinse, another soak, and a little light scraping for the stubborn bits—and boom. Restored. I showed my boyfriend and he was genuinely stunned. He thought the bowl was dark purple. Nope. It’s clear. Final verdict: Smells amazing, works incredibly well, may or may not defy the laws of physics. Would absolutely buy again. This stuff is awesome ! I admittedly let my stuff go way too long without cleaning, so usually I do a full iso alcohol soak & shake with salt. This was a far better experience ! The liquid looks cool, smells good, starts peeling off wax almost immediately, required little to no shaking/scrubbing whatsoever after about a 24h soak and got everything pretty much spotless ! I did test a third piece of glass that had old reclaim sitting in it for probably at least a year, after 24h it didn't quite come clean but it definitely made some progress. I rinsed it out a few times & am currently giving it another 24h soak to hopefully break down the rest, but honestly it's a year old I won't be too disappointed if it isn't able to get it all. As for resin, it did manage to break down a lot of it but simply rinsing with water was not enough to get it all out, I threw a small magnet in the bottom & used another on the outside to wipe away the rest of the residue and it all came off very easy. The bottles are huge and with them being reusable they are 1000% worth the $20. Definitely recommend this stuff to anyone !

This pink stuff is amazing. It cleans quick and is so easy to use. You can use it multiple times and it never fails. Cleans quick and there is no residue.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars, GMS flat out works, I'm a daily smoker and prefer glass with water, e.g. bubbler and or bong. You can imagine my gear gets pretty funky pretty fast. Grand Master is the MASTER of cleaning, an overnight soak, swish and rinse, sparkling every time! Description says unscented, ITS NOT. Has a very strong vile order, smells like the blue water in a porta potty! Not the nasty one at the end of the show, but the fresh un used one, that chemical scent, hard to explain but not pleasant, (at least to me). I plug my nose and solider on because GMS WORKS, and for the value, I can live with the scent. Thank Jeebus it rinses off, leaving NO smell or residue. Good Product, wish it was un-scented.

First, I’m not a heavy smoker, so I tend not to clean my glassware as often as I probably should, but at least weekly. So it was dirty dirty dirty. Couldn’t even see through the stem in some parts. One of those things that you just don’t notice it happening as it happens overtime. And I’m the only one using it so there’s that too. But I digress. I got this stuff, read the directions, dumped an entire bottle into one of those deep food storage things that has a lid. I laid my glass down in the liquid, making sure to fill the chamber with this bright pink liquid. And then I waited about an hour. What I came to literally caused me to gasp. My glassware was as clean as it was the day I bought it. Spotless inside and out. All I needed to do was take a pipe cleaner to the stem a couple times and that was it. After rinsing out thoroughly, I dried it off and stored the bright pink liquid in the new container and went to town. Big big difference. Anyhow, what do I like about this: - smell isn’t so bad, honestly didn’t notice it - super easy to use, just pour it into a container big enough that you can submerge whatever glassware you’re cleaning. Let it sit in the cleaner and come back later. - works absolutely amazing. Says what it does and does what it says. Hands down. - can be reused I think 4 times?!?! What I didn’t like: - it’s a surfactant so it’s super slick. Which means your glassware is super slick when you pull it from the cleaner. Just be careful when removing it and rinsing it. That’s it. I know it’s a long review but whatever. It’s good stuff. If your glassware is dirty, this is the stuff you need.

I have used this product weekly to clean my bong for almost 3 years, so I figured I'd finally write a review. Fill your bong with the liquid gold. Leave it overnight, or longer if you really got a mess, and then I put a strainer on a funnel and drain the used up cleaner back into the bottle. I then run hot water through my bong for awhile, as sometimes it can leave a residue. In the photo I included is the liquid after 1 year of use. 1 bottle lasts about 1.5-2 years with weekly use, and honestly it could go longer, I had just bought the 2 pack to spilt with a friend. "Value for money" gets 10 out of 5 stars. If you use this product at least once a week, product cost comes out to be like $0.19 per use, and that's including the 2nd bottle, so really like under $0.10 per use. As long as you filter it after every use, it will last a long ass time. Thank you Grandmaster. The only con i have found is it can sometimes it will behind a film type residue that if missed will make your smoke taste like chemicals. The best way I've found is a nice hot running water flush for a few minutes, followed by a Epsom salt shake. The entire process (minus the waiting) takes like 10 minutes. I'll never buy or recommend anything else.

I've used a variety of cleaning solutions for my pieces over the years. For reference, I use small rig style water pipes to partake in cannabis extracts (dabs) so I do not smoke flower out of a pipe or anything nasty like that. So my pieces definitely stay cleaner than if I was a flower smoker. That being said, this cleaner stands up there with other commercial cleaners I've used like Kryptonite or formula 420. The reason this product stands FAR above the rest is because it is SO much cheaper than anything else available on amazon. This product is a very thin neon pink liquid, super bright, kinda crazy the first time you see it. Since it's not a thicker sludge like Kryptonite you definitely have to use more product to make sure the inside of your piece is fully coated. It doesn't stick to the sides like Kryptonite, so that's something to keep in mind, but personally it doesn't bother me at all since this stuff is so cheap. I can fill up my small pieces at least 12 times from the double pack and the cleaner is easily reusable, just pour it from one piece to another. You can easily see how gross/used the cleaner is by the color of the fluid. I see some people complaining that they had to shake their piece and work at it a little to get it clean. Well... yeah. It's not like a magic trick. BUT there is one tip that most people are missing. You can either have a piece clean FAST or you can have it clean EASY. I always go the easy route, since I have multiple rigs that I cycle through. Once one gets kind of dirty, I fill it up with GMS and put it on a shelf. I then take one of my other rigs off the shelf that is generally also already filled up with the GMS cleaner. I take it to the sink and rinse it out and it is CRYSTAL clear every time. Now granted, the piece sat filled with cleaner for weeks or months which is why it was so easy to clean, but this is how I reduce effort with my cleaning process. If you take pipe cleaners and salt and shake the piece and work at it I'm sure you could have it clean with GMS in less than 30 mins. But I would rather just cycle through my pieces and not have to put effort into cleaning them. Just rinse them out when I switch. This is my recommendation! Live a little, by another piece or two and just cycle between them! Life is more fun that way anyway

I’m rating this 3 stars because this product does not work as I thought it would. You need to actually soak your smoking pieces in this, which is not always feasible or convenient. My fault, I guess, but I reserve the right to my own review 😂. I had thought it would be more along the lines of 420 cleaner or grunge-off. In a pinch, I used this product with a little bit of coarse sea salt which worked better for me. I poured the mixture in, put my plugs on my bong and shook her up. Worked okay. I’m going to use the rest as I hate to waste anything whatsoever, but I will not be repurchasing in the future.
