Ice packs arrived promptly, were well-packaged and easy to open. My husband recently had extensive shoulder surgery and was having difficulty keeping a bag of ice on his shoulder. I bought these as cooling pads for my little Shih Tzu dog. She is 14 and gets overheated very quickly. I put a washcloth around it and slide it under her belly and it works perfectly fine. One of the best things is that it gets cold really fast in the freezer.
