My husband and I spend a lot of time at the Physical therapist. This little item works wonders on those knots in your shoulders and back! So far, we have used both the ball and also the one for the more targeted areas. We have been very pleased with the results. It is very easy to mount on either a wall or your refrigerator and stays in place. We had ordered another brand but it kept sliding off of its base when trying to roll the ball over the affected area. It is great for pain in those hard to reach places. It seems to be very well made. It is also small enough to carry with you if you need to travel! Highly recommend

This massage ball is very helpful to relax the back muscles where you normally put of reach. Easy to stick onto the wall surface with strong suction power. Small and big massage ball head may apply to different areas. Great accessory for back muscle training.

Love this product. It works really well to help massage areas that can’t easily be reached. The only downfall I found was finding something that the roller would stick to. I tried multiple different surfaces including doors, wall cabinets, etc. The one place I found that it sticks really well is to my shower wall. So I just had to get in my shower without the water running to use it.

I have bought dozen of traditional massage ball which works well until this one came in. Especially you have issues on your lower back and hip area,this works better than that ones. User friendly

I am recovering from tendonitis in the ankle and wanted something to massage the tendons. This set has a small ball which is perfect.However, the ball does not roll properly and sticks to the plastic housing.My recommendation would be to try another similar product.

This is a great product to alleviate back and joint pains. love the fact that it came with a traveling knit pouch and it is TSA friendly and no issues going through airport security. next vacation, i know which is my first item I'm packing on my carry on bag. Love the fact that this product can be carried and use anywhere. I suffer with lower back pains and now i can pop this product out and self massage my back. Just one recommendation, please let customer know for the suction cup to work; you must remove the screw compartment. Also, if an additional screw compartment can be available for purchase would be nice so this way we don't have to unscrew the different massage balls. Like have one for each so you just pop it in and pop it out.I need another one of this product but i don't have all the money as yet. If i can get a complimentary discount; i am willing to buy another one and then I will upload a video and pictures with reviews.Thanks for making a great product.

Do not use this on painted surfaces! And I don't think it's safe to mount it to glass surfaces and put a lot of force into it.I tried this on a door for the suction to work properly, like I saw in other reviews. The suction worked very well and the ball works great. Unfortunately the suction cup stained the paint and it didn't come off at all with dish soap. I had to resort to a magic eraser to buff it off. Of course this ruins the paint finish, so I will still have to repaint the door at some point. Expensive mistake. I will stick to a lacrosse ball and a pro-tec orb against walls in the future.
