I got this to help my breast milk supply. Although it did help get an extra ounce or 2, it made my baby very gassy and uncomfortable. Proceed with caution.

I ordered a bottle of Carlyle Moringa after my 80 year old dad raved about how much energy it gave him. He insisted it gave him tons of energy from natural ingredients after his first dose. I've been taking it for about a month and honestly can not tell a difference. It's a bargain at $10 and I soooo wanted it to help, but I just don't think it has. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't smell, I just haven't been able to see any benefit. I'm already pretty active, so maybe it only helps in cases where older folks need a boost.
