It has a usb-c charge port in the top. Just remove a little cap and it exposes it.

Can this be used with new z fold 3

It can be, but the reason they say not to use other s pens with the z folds is because the fold edition s pen actually has a pressure sensor that retracts the tip if you press too hard, which prevents you from poking holes in the screen. As far as I know, this one does not have that feature. TL;DR- Yes, you can use it, but be gentle, as there may be a possibility of screen pokage.
