I use this for yoga and just general workouts/stretching/ball exercises in my carpeted living room. Great grip, feels thick and expensive, and great size for a full range of exercises. It does scratch fairly easily, but not deeply, and it does absorb oils from lotion quite easily, but it doesn't affect performance at all.

This mat is the perfect size, thickness and easy to roll up. It has helped me on my fitness journey so much! I finally have the mat space to do the yoga/ Pilates exercises that I love to do without hurting myself on the hard floor.

Great size and feel to the mat. My only complaint is the durability. My 75lbs dog walked on the mat before I picked it up, and punctured holes with his nails.

Really perfect for floor exercises. A value for the price and overall quality.It’s the size of 2 yoga mats, so plenty of exercise, stretching and space for yoga.

I wanted a mat that was cushier to help protect my feet and knees, larger than a yoga mat for working out so I no longer tripped over the edges, and a mat that has good grip for yoga. This mat meets all of those expectations. I like that it comes with some stretchy wraps so I can keep it rolled up when not in use. It does come with a carry bag. It is poor quality, and will probably not last very long. Still, I am very happy with this mat.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great product and I will get use out of it! However, do not use the two girls (doing headstands) on the mat as a scale. Way off unless they are tree faeries. 🤣 however the insert photo with the girls exercising next to eachother, looks more accurate. Mat is thick! Good quality! I’m very happy with the mat (so is my cat), but I got a chuckle at the home page picture of the two girls doing headstands🤣🤣

It took me a while to figure out where the surface damages to the mat come from until I realized that it's the profile of my sneakers...Don't wear shoes on the mat is my advice or don't be surprised that the mat will suffer from it. Also dumb bells or any weights will leave a permanent impression on the mat.My standard yoga mat is far more durable but not as big as this mat. I guess I have to keep looking for a decent mat.

good thickness, comfortable and huge area to work on

Both the mat and the carrying case are of poor quality. Mat is not 8MM thick and looks very cheap. The carrying case is a thin plastic sheet. The three binding strips are also not up to the mark. I am very much disappointed with this product, which is not as per description on Amazon site. I am returning this product now. It is not worth even one fourth of its price. I hope I get back the price what I paid. This product should be taken out from Amazon website for cheating people.
