Excellent product and Wonderful Customer Service - Highly Recommend
Excellent product and customer service. I purchased this for my 7 year old granddaughter's birthday in March. She has REALLY enjoy this toy, however the charging cable was lost over the last month. I contacted Ruko who where wonderful to work with in securing another charging cable. Highly recommend both the product and the company as it has provided numerous hours of fun and entertainment and when help was needed the company was fantastic to deal with (Jena from support expecially)!

Fun Idea, But Not Worth the Price
The Ruko 1088 Smart Robot is a neat concept and seems well built, but for the price it didn’t hold our 4-year-old’s attention for very long. He played with it briefly and then lost interest pretty quickly. It does what it advertises and the movements are decent, but the entertainment value just wasn’t there enough for us to justify the cost. Overall it’s okay, just not something I would purchase again at this price point.

We’re all obsessed with this robot!
Great robot and a really decent size. It might be a little too complex as a first robot for a 7-year-old who’s never had one before, but we’re all having so much fun figuring out what this beauty can actually do! Setup was seamless, it’s really impressive and definitely feels worth the money. Would absolutely recommend!

Poor quality.
The robot was very low quality. For $200 I would have expected something more sturdy and solid. The remote control is flimsy, the USB port for charging couldn’t even work when I tried to charge it and so my Nephew was left without a gift to play with on Christmas day because we couldn’t get the robot to charge properly.
