Bio-Kult Brighten

Issue with the delivery but seller sent another. Arrived today without issues. As for the product, I've used a similar one before and after few months noticed health benefits with better skin quality and less stomach issues. I got this one for the extras in it like vitamin D as I live in Northern climate

I recently started using BioKult products at the recommendation of a herbalist friend. I have IBS and reflux, and am also prone to leaky gut and candida outbreaks. These have calmed my IBS right down when previously I'd go back and forth between constipation and diarrhoea. They were also useful recently when taking antibiotics; I didn't get an upset stomach like I usually would. Although I usually use the 'Everyday' capsules I recently tried the 'Brighten' ones and do feel I had more energy and a bit of a boost. I take one each day at present but this can be increased to 2 if needed. Would highly recommend for gut health. Have worked much better for me than many of the probiotics / prebiotics products I've tried previously which often upset my stomach further.

I’ve been using probiotics for a while now and found a difference to my metabolism less gassy. I think I’ll continue to use them as the benefits are good. The 60 tables packet doesn’t keep me going for a month though as I use three a day so find it quite expensive.

Feel better in myself. Will continue raking them

Was recommended to me by a friend who was having digestion problems. One with each meal has certainly helped me with digestion, though I have also reviewed my food choices. All in all very pleased and has helped me.
